How Does it WorkPopmoney, a feature of our on-line Bill Pay, is a simple way to send and receive money between individuals. You can move money to someone you may otherwise need to send a check to. Using only their e-mail address or mobile phone number, you eliminate the need to share private account information. Recipients of Popmoney payments claim their funds in as little as one business day and the funds will be directly deposited into their checking account.
Popmoney is fast, convenient and secure. There's a $0.50 fee when you use Popmoney to send money, but think of the time and money you'll save by eliminating checks and trips to the ATM to pay someone! And there's no cost to receive money through Popmoney.
To Get StartedLog-in to your account through Internet Branch. From the Bill Pay menu click on "Go To Payment Center. (If you haven't used Bill Pay before, click on the "Get Started" button on the Welcome screen to enter the Payment Center.)

When you want to send money provide the person's e-mail address or mobile phone number and a brief message.
You'll have the opportunity to review your payment, confirming or cancelling, before it is sent.
The recipient will receive an e-mail or text message within minutes including instructions about how to claim your payment.
If someone sends a payment to you through Popmoney, click on the Get Money link. Simply enter your e-mail address or mobile phone number, and the Secure transaction code provided in your message.
Your payment history remains available for 18 months to view, print, or download.
