Comm-Line is your 24-hour audio connection to your CACU accounts.

From any touch-tone phone call Comm-Line at (513) 381-8860 (or from outside our calling area at 1-800-735-0246). With your account number and access code you can:

  • Check your account transaction history
  • Obtain your balances
  • Transfer funds between accounts
  • Initiate a withdrawal by check
APPLY FOR A LOAN - in Menu Mode, select Option 8 and follow the prompts. In Expert Mode, select Service Code 45 and follow the prompts. Your application will be processed just as if you had applied in person, through the mail or over the phone with a Loan Officer. You'll hear back from us not later than the next business day.

If you like to be prompted for each transaction, you can use Menu Mode. This mode walks you through each transaction. Click Here for a list of Menu Mode Options. Once you are comfortable, we recommend using the Expert Mode. This mode is much faster. To switch to Expert Mode, select "7" for Additional Options, then "2" for Change Preference, followed by "2" for Change to Expert Mode. You can change to Expert Mode at any time.
