Your on-line account access through our Internet Branch allows you to set-up transfers, between accounts at Communicating Arts or another financial institution.

Transfer to Any Account

Use this Internet Branch service to transfer money from your account to any other Communicating Arts accounts. The other account may be another account in your name, or the account of a family member or friend.  Transfers can be made from any share account: savings, checking, money market, or lines of credit. The money will be immediately available in the other Communicating Arts account making it available for withdrawal or payment for the other account.

Scheduled Transfers

Automating transfers can make it easier to save money or make loan payments on time. Set up and manage regular transfers between savings, checking, money market and loans. Transfers can be scheduled at a frequency that best meets your needs: annually, semi-annually, monthly, semi-monthly, weekly, biweekly, or quarterly. You determine when the transfers will begin and end. Scheduled Transfers are only for transfers within an account. There are two ways to set these up:

Create transfers when you log-in to Internet Branch.  From the Transfers menu click on Scheduled Transfers.

Or, contact us to set-up transfers to allocate your direct deposit for loan payments or savings.

External Account Transfer

Have an account at another financial institution?  Use our Internet Branch account to move money between accounts at another financial institution and your Communicating Arts account by completing and returning our External Account Transfer Agreement (pdf). You'll receive confirmation by e-mail that your transfer has been set up.  This is a FREE service.

You have two choices for how the transfers can occur:

If you opt for an Automatic Monthly transfer you will need to log on to your Internet Branch account to enter the amount for the first transfer. You may change the amount for future transfers through your Internet Branch account.

For On-Demand transfers, after set up, you can enter the amount for the transfer when you initiate each transfer through your Internet Branch account.

You can initiate transfers though your Internet Branch account any day but be aware that the transfer system is unavailable between 12:30 PM and 1:30 PM every weekday. Transfers initiated after 1:30 PM will not be sent until the following business day.

Loan Payment Transfer from another financial institution

Your Communicating Arts loan payment can be transferred from an account at another financial institution by completing and returning our Electronic Payment Agreement (pdf).  

Federal regulations limit the number of transfers you can make from your savings during any month to no more than six through the following methods:ATM, Comm-Line, Internet Branch, Telephone call to CACU staff, ACH withdrawals from savings,Overdraft protection

There is no limitation on the number of withdrawals from savings in our office or through an ATM. Use your checking account for the majority of the transactions on your CACU account to avoid the transaction limit. If there are insufficient funds in your account at the time of a transfer, the transaction may not occur and your account may be charged a service fee.
