Access to your credit union account information has never been easier.  We have partnered with CO-OP Financial Services to provide a mobile banking platform for your mobile device, and text banking for any cell phone.  Set-up and activation is quick and easy.

Get Started

Begin by enrolling through the Co-op Mobile secure web site, www.co-opmobile.org.  You will first be asked to choose your credit union.  Select Communicating Arts CU and click the Next button. 

This will bring you to the enrollment page where you will click on the New User? button.  The next few pages will ask you to verify account information including your account number, name, partial Social Security number, phone number on record with Communicating Arts, and street address number.  You can now create a user name and password. 

The next two pages will allow you to enroll and activate your phone. 

You can choose to use your phone for text banking, mobile banking, or both. 

You will be provided with an activation code and instructions to activate your phone. 

If you choose to use Text Banking, add our short code, 282228, to your phone's address book.  Simply send the text message "B" to get your account balances, "H' to get recent transaction history, or  "T" to transfer money within the account.  You'll receive your requested information within seconds.  Text "C" for a list of texting commands.
