A Primary Savings account is opened for you when you become a member of Communicating Arts Credit Union. Your initial ownership "share" of $5 remains on deposit in this account.

Use your Primary Savings for additional deposits to build personal savings. As savings build, you can choose to open and make transfers to additional types of savings:

• Create additional Alternate Savings shares to isolate savings for a particular pupose such as vacation, holidays, insurance, taxes or other special purpose. 
• Open Certificates of Deposit or a Money Market account to earn higher rates of interest.
•  Open a New Share Account On-line 

Transfers from these accounts are regulated and limited to no more than six each month through the following transfer methods: Overdraft protection, Comm-Line, or Internet Branch; withdrawals or transfers requested by telephone call to credit union staff or fax, payable to a third party; and ACH withdrawals from savings. There is no limitation on the number of  transfers or withdrawals from savings in our office, or through an ATM.
